Kamelia Et Ses Folles Alliées - LXS REYENXS
Kamelia et ses folles alliées: “[…] in an isolated place, five somewhat gruff individuals begin to live with Kamelia, a house, a structure, an iron frame. It seems that they have always led the rejected life of outcasts, but the spark of the circus makes them allies. The artistic research is rooted in the gesture of constantly balancing oneself in oscillation, an innate movement of human nature that the performers celebrate. The bodies of the two acrobats advance through the air, like two clock pendulums moved a short distance apart. They challenge each other again and again, testing their trust and their limits. “Will you hold me or will I hold you?”

NATIONAL PREMIERE
To Bee QueeN - Cie LA BUTINEUSE
We are in a beehive and the queen, accompanied by her valet, arrives among her bees (the audience) for an emergency union meeting. The bees are on strike, demanding a fair redistribution of royal jelly throughout the hive… The program includes an acrobatic debate and a liberating trapeze act. How will this queen of dubious nobility cope with the revolt of the plebs?

One has her nose buried in a notebook and doesn’t want to participate. Another has so much energy that she sometimes goes a little too far. The third is just trying to make everything work. Things quickly degenerate when these three personalities find themselves performing together. The only thing they share is a love of a good joke. Trashpeze offers explosive feminine energy in the air. Three original acts, on the triple trapeze and flying rope, tell the story of learning to work together. The first outdoor performance created by the Wise Fools company, Trashpeze is an aerial acrobatic comedy. Since its creation in 2017, the show has been performed in Japan, Australia, Singapore, South Africa, and South Korea. They have performed at major festivals such as the Seoul Street Arts Festival, Daidogei Festival, and La Mercé.
